Jessica R. Killeen

Jessica Killeen focuses her practice on Civil/Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, and Employment matters.

Jessica most recently served as Deputy Counsel to Governor Ralph S. Northam. She counseled the Governor, his Cabinet, and senior staff on executive and statutory authority, policy development, and litigation.

Prior to her time as Deputy Counsel, Jessica was a staff attorney at Legal Services of Northern Virginia and an associate attorney at Rich Rosenthal Brincefield Manitta Dzubin & Kroeger, LLP. Jessica’s litigation experience includes motions and trial practice, drafting pleadings, and reviewing real estate transactions. Jessica currently assists clients with navigating real estate transactions and negotiating contracts.

Born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, Jessica is a proud graduate of Alexandria City High School (formerly known as T.C. Williams High School). She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree at James Madison University, where she majored in Political Science and Spanish. After college, Jessica was a contractor in the Voting Rights Section of the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice. Jessica graduated from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she received the public interest law award. She has worked on numerous political campaigns, including presidential, gubernatorial, and senatorial.

When Jessica is away from the office, she enjoys working out at OrangeTheory fitness, volunteering on political campaigns, spending time with her family and friends, and finding her next book at a free little library.
