Marc Pasekoff is a seasoned litigator with noteworthy experience in the state courts, federal courts, and administrative agencies in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Marc dedicates his practice to employment, real estate, business, and commercial litigation. In these disputes, he has advised project owners, carriers, developers, contractors, design professionals, and individuals in all phases of contested matters. Additionally, his practice includes representation of federal and private sector employees and employers before EEOC, MSPB and federal/state agencies involving various claims and appeals of discrimination and proposed disciplinary actions. His experience includes litigation regarding Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, state wage claims, and whistleblower/retaliation claims.
Throughout his career, Marc has developed creative solutions and ardently represented his clients. Not only does he have first chair trial experience, but he also understands that a negotiated resolution may be a more practical and better result for a client. Consequently, he uses both common sense and legal knowledge to build consensus in reaching a desired outcome, or shape litigation with aggressive strategies that maximize results. Detail-oriented, creative and proactive in every case in which he is involved, Marc instills trust and confidence in the clients for whom he works.
Marc joined Shannon, Mullins & Wright in February 2022. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A. 1988, Psychology with Honors) and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D. 1991) where he served as a Member of the Law Review.
