Shannon Peak is an associate attorney at Shannon Mullins & Wright LLP where she focuses her practice on Civil/Commercial Litigation, Construction, Real Estate, Design Professional, and Business Law matters.
Shannon’s litigation experience includes motions practice, managing discovery, and commercial or residential construction projects, relating to claims for breach of contract, real estate transactions, and commercial instruments. Shannon currently assists clients with preparing documents related to business organization & licensing, navigating real estate transactions, negotiating contracts, and pre-claims and claims assistance in construction disputes.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Shannon stayed local and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Georgia College & State University. Post-college, Shannon relocated to the Washington, D.C. area where she earned her law degree from American University Washington College of Law, with a concentration in international business law. While attending law school, she served as a research assistant to the American University War Crimes Office and was a member of the Italian American Law Students Association.
When Shannon is away from the office, she enjoys rock climbing, yoga, and game nights with family and friends.
